Judicial processes issued by the Indian courts and received by the Consulate from Ministry of Home Affairs or Ministry of Law and Justice or other authorities in India, are serviced on the Indian citizens residing in Dubai and the five Northern Emirates through the local Foreign Offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE. Execution of summons is not done in person by the Consulate staff. During the year 2010, the Consulate executed 57 Court Summons/Warrants received from various Courts/authorities in India on Indian nationals in UAE.
