Documents Required for Recruitment of Workers in Group
1. Company’s contact details and brief history. (Annexure – I)
2. Demand Letter (in duplicate) (Annexure – II)
3. Power of Attorney (in duplicate) (Annexure – III)
4. Specimen Work Agreement for each Category of Workers (in duplicate) (Annexure – IV)
(All the above documents need to be printed on the company’s /employer’s letterhead)
5. Scanned copy of the valid License (Registration Certificate) of the Indian Recruiting Agent.
6. Original Trade License of U.A.E. Company and one Photocopy thereof. (Original License will be returned after verification).
7. Permit / Approval from the Ministry of Labour / Naturalization and Residency Department with English translation.
8. Photocopy of the Passport of the authorized signatory of the company.
9. Undertaking in case of un-skilled / semi-skilled workers. (Annexure – V)

Please note that only the Authorized Signatory / PRO of the company, who should come personally to the Consulate, can get the documents attested from the Consulate. No other agent or consultant of the company is allowed to sign papers on behalf of the employer.
