This is issued to individuals who are not Indians but have resided in India. For the purpose they have to apply in the Consulate furnishing the details of their stay in India, which are verified and if there are no adverse remarks the PCC is issued. During the year 2010, the Consulate issued 40 PCCs to the foreign nationals.
