"The Consulate proposes to outsource its attestation services to the public"

The Consulate proposes to outsource its attestation services to the public. For the purpose, quotations are invited from reputed Service Providers with related experience in handling such work.
Quotations may be sent to Head Of Chancery, Consulate General of India,P.O Box 737, Dubai within one week from 9th April, 2008.

The Consulate proposes to outsource its attestation services to the public. For the purpose, quotations are invited from reputed Service Providers with related experience in handling such work.

Requirements to be fulfilled by Service Providers who will assist Consulate in rendering attestation services

  • Help Desk at the gate 2/assistance in guiding people to Attestation Hall.
  • Token dispenser/display should be there at the auditorium for walk-in customers.
  • System of online applications for scheduling interviews.
  • Priority clients – senior citizens, pregnant ladies, sick and handicapped people, including assistance to those who can’t climb steps and walk up to the attestation counter and commercially important people (documents related to trade/commerce like formation of a company or investment in India)
  • Website with all necessary information/FAQs/Booklets in different languages.
  • At the Helpdesk 2(auditorium) persons can give the relevant forms, assisting the public to fill up the forms.
  • Verifying the documents already brought in and (if necessary) to check for any other supporting documents. Making it ready for consulate official to attest.
  • Segregating/guiding Public who has come for various kinds of attestations. (Maximum people come for Power of Attorney/Sworn Affidavit)
  • Collection of Attestation charges. (The Cash counter has to be closed by 1.00 p.m if the cash is accepted/deposited manually or else a device for electronic transfer of the money has to be installed)
  • Data Entry for the documents.
  • Stamping of the documents.
  • General Assistance to the Consular Officer during attestation.
  • Scanning the attested documents which are ready for delivery.
  • Delivery of the Documents.
  • Amenities in the Attestation Hall (Water, refreshments, photocopier, photo, TV/Video, waiting space, reading material, music, carpeting, chairs, general ambience, etc.)
